Are we giving our all to the Lord?
That has been on my mind all week this week. Am I doing all I can to serve the Lord as much as I can? Am I giving Him my whole effort? My whole heart? My whole mind? Everything? The Lord has given us EVERYTHING. Shouldn`t He deserve the best that we can give?
I have been learning a great deal about the Atonement on my mission. Our president gave us a really cool project to do every day to help us become better disciples of Christ. I have learned that we can really make the atonement personal when we study, ponder, and pray about His sacrifice. How can we more fully subject ourselves to Him? He died for us. We owe Him everything.
Here is an example of one of the assignments in the project:

How will YOU feel the day that you touch the nailprints in His hands? What will you think? What will He say to you? Have you used His gift wisely?
We should all try to give our best to the Lord EVERY SINGLE DAY. That is all He asks for after all that He has done.
It has been a great week. I really dont know why, but Heavenly Father is really blessing us. We have SO MANY NEW PEOPLE to teach. There really isnt enough time in the day! And most of these new people are member references! Our ward is really cool and really supportive. I love them.
Other news:
- Still dont know if smeagol is dead or not... we will find out this week....
- Still obsessed with watermelon. I ate three this week.
- We played paintball today for pday!
- I GOT MY PACKAGE! Can I tell you that my favorite thing was my little yoda? He is my study buddy now. Also, everyone loves the goofy valentines candy that you send me.
- Our pension is so cool and gives us cereal for lunch some days. She understands me.
- I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT KYLE AND TIFF GOING THROUGH THE TEMPLE!
I feel like SO much more happened, but I really dont remember. BUT I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
