Sorry mom..... but I have a parasite...... PLEASE DONT FREAK OUT!
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahah
Yeah.... so what else is new with you guys?
I have so much to write about that I will result to bulletpoints yet again.
- Yes, Hna Parry and I went to the doctor this past Wednesday and found out that I have a parasite, and she has bacteria. I have literally NO IDEA HOW I GOT IT. Because we are always so clean. We clean all of our fruit really well. We dont drink the water here. But I guess I just found a friend that wanted to stick with me for a little while. Everyone cracks up when I say that his name is Smeagol.
- They put me on medication that I will finish in two days. I have to go back in about 10 days to see if he is still with me, or if he died. But this medication is CRAZY. STEPH AND MERNZ AND AUBS AND EMILY. Remember methlyine blue? How is made your pee turn bright blue?! Well, I found a medication that makes your pee literally look like gatorade. An electric yellow! It is hilarious. I crack up every time I go to the bathroom hehehehehe
- Okay, enough of the weird stuff about me. I wanted to share an experience. So yes, I have been feeling sick. And it is hard. It seems as if right after the conference when I had the greatest desires to be consecrated, Heavenly Father wanted to test me. This made my ganas go out the window! It became so hard to work. But I knew that I still could, I just didnt have the motivation. It was hard, and I felt really bad about it. Where did all my motivation go? I guess that is what happens when you get sick. However, I knew that I still could work! I was not completely dying, it was just harder. So we worked all this week. And I want to tell you that you really can see miracles when you work when you dont want to. We had been visiting off and on a less active lady named Cassandra for months now. We had even stopped teaching her for some time, but decided this week to stop by and see how she was. She SHOCKED us by telling us that she was going to come to church this week. Cassandra hasnt come to church in 5 whole years. I honestly never thought that she would come back. But SHE CAME! She sat with us in sacrament meeting, and stayed for the full three hours. I sat, pondering in sacrament meeting at what had happened this week. When we push ourselves even when we dont want to, we can truly see miracles. Cassandra came to church. I felt a joy fill my heart that was truly undescribable. I know that Heavenly Father is with us, even when it gets hard. We just have to do our part, even when we dont want to. Even when we dont feel good.
- Another miracle this week. Barinia is doing amazing. We had an appointment with her this week, and she told us that she is doing literally everything. She reads the BOM every day. She goes to seminary. She goes to church. She prays. And she is even doing her Personal Progress. It is such a happy feeling in my heart to see her doing so well after all that she has gone through. What a change. I love seeing the changes that people make for Christ.
- Cambios are next Sunday. I am so nervous. I have become so attached to this area and my comp. I dont want to leave!
Yup. This is my life. Doing work with Smeagol and with Hna Parry. We laugh about it every day. Maybe that is why I have been so dang hungry all the time. Need to feed Smeagol!
I love you all! Have a great week! Dont worry about me. I am doing great! I cannot believe it is already MARCH!
LOVE
