I am with Hna Parry again. Bless her heart, she is going to get so sick of me! Heheheheheh
BUT I AM SO HAPPY! I am really glad that we get to stay together in this area again. I have seen such progress, and we have some really cool people that we are teaching. I am excited, and Hna Parry and I really get along.
So yeah... it will be awkward to go back to all the houses today and say that I am actually not going to leave. This whole week I was saying goodbye to everyone, but PSYCH! I am staying! I was actually completely shocked that president didnt have me leave. But it´s all good!
I realized, that I will complete a year on the mission, and only have two areas.... weird.
How are all of you?! I heard that Tiff gave a baller farewell talk! So crazy that they are leaving in two freaking weeks! Are mom and Kristy a wreck?! Just give them some essential oils.
This Saturday, we went to the temple with Barinia! Can I just say that it really was one of the most special moments of my life. I love to see the change that she has made. I was thinking a lot about the light of Christ this week and how it is our responsibility to share with the people here in Bolivia. Before she talked to us, she didnt have this light, this hope in her life. She was being abused, she was not happy. She didnt have hope. But when I saw her in the temple, doing baptisms for the dead with a huge smile on her face, I realized that she now has the hope and the peace in her life that comes from following Christ. I was so happy.
Talking more about the light and hope, I was saying goodbye to everyone in this area, because I totally thought that I was going to get transferred, and one of the less active members told me, "Thank you for the light that you have shared with me." I will never forget that she said that. Really, that is why I am here. To share the light and the hope of Christ with everyone. We need to do our best and work hard so that we can share this light. So that others can feel of the light of Christ.
Make sure that you always find the opportunity to share this message with others. You never know who will be ready to accept this light in their life.
"Always give others wings to fly." You all have always given me wings to fly, and that is why I love you all. Thank you for everything that you all have done for me.
